Hybrid Ceramic Ball Bearing

The material for inner and outer rings of hybrid ceramic bearing is chrome steel or stainless steel.  The material of the rolling ball is mainly Silicon Nitride Ceramic (Si3N4) and Zirconium Oxide (ZrO2), wherein silicon nitride has better integrity and has become the main material chosen for hybrid ceramic bearing.

Characteristic: Being excellent electric insulators, higher speed capability and, high precision, low noise, longer service life. 

Application: It is widely used in the field of cars & trucks, helicopters, machine tools, Computers, medical equipment, sport equipment etc.
